Bart Crow And Whiskey Myers Receive Endorsement From America’s Top Selling Beer

NASHVILLE, TN – (June 26, 2012) For Texas-based artists Bart Crow and Whiskey Myers
Miller Time is the best time. Both have joined forces with Miller Lite,
entering the ranks of select artists endorsed by MillerCoors. The
sponsorship will broaden Bart Crow and Whiskey Myers’ fanbase across
Texas through Miller Lite’s unique marketing and retail promotions.

This
is just the beginning of another great ride for Texas Red Dirt scene
favorite Bart Crow with his new single “Little Bit Of Luck” hitting the
Texas radio airwaves and forthcoming full-length album to be released
this fall.

“It
is an exciting privilege to be a part of the Miller Lite family,”
shares Bart Crow. “Being a Miller Lite drinker myself, I knew all those
beers I drank would count for something… It is amazing to make it
official!”

The
hot new band in the Lone Star State, Whiskey Myers is loud, raucous,
proud and known for their unpredictable and energizing live shows. Even
though fans never know what is going to come next from Whiskey Myers,
one thing that is certain is their beer choice – Miller Lite.

“We’ve
been drinking Miller Lite for years and glad we are able to team up! We
couldn’t think of a more delicious sponsor,” says Whiskey Myers
guitarist John Jeffers.

Currently, Whiskey Myers is on the road playing shows nationwide in support of their new single “Anna Marie” from their album Firewater. Upcoming dates include Albuquerque, NM (6/28) and Denver, CO (6/29).

About Bart Crow
With
six Top 10 singles on the Texas Music Chart and over 30,000 albums and
downloads sold, Bart Crow has hit multiple milestones in his career,
solidifying Bart Crow as one of the most dynamic live bands in the
Texas/Red Dirt scene and beyond. At the heart of a good show are great
songs, and Crow is known for his honest and relatable writing. Songs
like the No. 1 “Saying Goodbye,” “Run With The Devil,” and “Wear My Ring” are what keeps the Bart Crow Band on the road and on the charts.

About Whiskey Myers
With
its superb twin-lead guitars, Cody Cannon’s rough-cut lead vocals and a
solid, uncluttered rhythm section, the band typically winds around a
Lynyrd Skynyrd/Led Zeppelin-centered foundation, veering off in spokes
of grunge, psychedelia, harmony-laden pop-rock and rockabilly. Whiskey
Myers’ debut album, Road Of Life, established the guys as a worthy heir to Skynyrd’s blue-collar tradition.
The sinewy sound and intense musical interplay worked well in concert,
and dates began piling up in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico. By
September 2009, every member of Whiskey Myers had made the band his
full-time job. Fast forward to 2012 and the group has released their
buzzed about sophomore album Firewater, opened for Rock Legend Ted Nugent and made their debut on CMT Pure Country with the video for “Ballad of a Southern Man.”
