He is playling Bluegrass music since the age of 12. He is a multi-instrumentalist that is very talented in his ability to play mandolin, guitar, banjo, and bass. He is teaching himself the dobro when he can as he doesn’t have one to practice on at home. He has won the MSBA (Magnolia State Bluegrass Association) Banjo player of the year award for 2017 and 2018. He has won awards in New Albany, MS. at the Down From the Hills Bluegrass Festival there. He has traveled to different states and performed along side of some well known bluegrass artists. He made his first two CDs a few years ago. He played all the instruments on the first CD, and mixed all of both CDs in our music room in our backyard shed.
