I keep hearing that REAL country music is dead. Gone.  No more.  Well, my friends I am here to tell you that the rumors of its demise have been highly exaggerated. (Sorry, Mr. Clemens.)  Well, dear readers, I am here to proudly announce that young brother Alex Miller is keeping the torch burning brightly.  This guy is so country it will make your teeth chatter!

Not only is he an amazing singer and picker, he looks good and has the cojones to tell American Idol to shove off when they suggested he sing a pop song!

Jerry Salley’s kick-butt production really focuses the attention squarely on Alex and he ain’t one bit shy!

Hard to pick a favorite track on this album but I’ll let you be the judge.  Do yourself a favor and take the time to don your headphones, tune out your troubles and tune in to this treat of an LP.  Kentucky’s Never Been This Far From Tennessee really trips my trigger and Don’t Let The Barn Door Hit Ya does, too but far be it from me to sway you one way or another. But speaking of swaying, I’m saying side to side right now listening to I’m Done.

At any rate, please give this album spin and go see Alex Miller when he comes to your town!
