Acoustic
Garden Partnership With Country Music News International
Starting in the 90s Frank Bülow (50),
at this time songwriter for Dance-Pop Acts like “Culture Beat”
or “ATC”, established an acoustic band, called “Unplugged”,
in order to perform the latest hits in an unplugged version. Soon
after “Unplugged” changed to “Acoustic Garden”
the band started to present also their own songs.
In 2010 the
band won the SWR1 Christmas-Song-Contest with the catchy song “Under
The Xmas Tree” (composed by Frank Bülow). As a winner of the
Christmas-Song-Contest “Acoustic Garden” got the chance to
do a live performance in the Chris de Burgh show as a support act.
After
appearances with the legendary “Country Sisters”, which can
also be seen in the video clip for “Here I Am”, the band
was newly formed in 2014. The new formation was a huge success, which
resulted in a 2nd place at the German Rock & Pop Award in Siegen
in the category Country & Folk.
Sven Wittmann (Bass, Voc.), Stefan Zirkel (Git., Voc.) and
Fabian Michel (Git., Voc) are Bülow’s new comrades and rocked
so far as COOL BREEZE with cover versions from Simon &
Garfunkel to America Stages all around the Rein-Neckar-Area.
With
Bülow they mainly play their own song material, but whatever they do
together – these musicians fit just like every pot has a matching
lid.
With
5-voice vocals and the possibility that every instrumentalist can be
a lead singer, the band already strongly reminds of the Eagles, but
in a modern version.
The
new album “Concept Emotional” is ready to release for
spring 2018. The album was recorded in the Trick-Studio in Rauenberg,
where already a lot of former Grönemeyer Tours & Recordings took
place. “We mixed our single candidates in L.A. and Nashville, in
order to sound more interntional.”, told Bülow.None
other than Erc Legg, who already was part of some Dixie Chicks &
Toni Braxton releases, mixed the single “Always” as a bonus
track.

Acoustic Garden play their own material
from their albums “Mediterranean Mind” (2013) and “Concept
Emotional” (2018), as well as selected covers from the Eagles to
Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Simon & Garfunkel, Styx u.v.m.
The band delivers a good mix of country, folk & pop. For this
reason, there is now a partnership with one of the best known country
music magazines on the scene: Country Music News International. The
readers of this successful blog are the perfect target group of
“Acoustic Garden”, which is why the band has decided to
cooperate.
