Nashville, Tenn. – Country darling Morgan Riley
has spent the last two months climbing the charts with her single, “Rowdy Shoutin’ Cowboys.”
The single is sitting at 39 on the Indie World Country Record Chart,
and it was the highest debut of the week. This is the first single off
of Riley’s first ever country album, Collage.
in over 14 states have put “Rowdy Shoutin’ Cowboys” into rotation. The
song has also been voted onto the globally syndicated country top 40
countdown, The Iceman’s New Country Artist Top 40.
has been a guest on numerous radio shows including The New Buzz 101 New
Country in San Francisco and Thunder 102 in New York, as well as done
interviews with country music blogs including fan favorite, Country
Music Junkie. The music video for “Rowdy Shoutin’ Cowboys” is also in
rotation on CMT, MTV and VH1.
was destined to be a star from the start and was already performing at
weddings and anniversary parties by the age of 5. At age 18, with years
of experience behind her, Riley moved to New York City and began
regularly performing and recording with a pop R&B group. However,
Riley struggled to find her true sound, and subsequently moved back to
South Carolina, where shortly after, she began working with producer
Chris Clay (TLC) on her first album, Affinity.
After hearing the record, music producer and engineer Frank Green quickly signed Riley to his label, Skytone Entertainemnt
where they began writing Collage. Collage will be released later this
summer. Until then, Riley is busy with a string of summer shows and
upcoming interviews in support of the album release.
