TG Sheppard –

TG Sheppard has
recorded his first studio album in more than 20 years and released it
earlier this year. He was motivated to go into the recording studio
again after he heard the demo for the song “I Wanna Live Like
Elvis.” Sheppard was 16 when he first met Elvis Presley and they
remained friends until Elvis died, so this song means a lot to him.
It’s a playful,
fun song that includes all the things we imagine when we think of
Elvis’ life: Graceland, Cadillacs, private jets, blue suede shoes
and lounging around with Priscilla Presley in silk pajamas! (Sheppard
got Priscilla’s approval before he recorded the song.) “I Wanna
Live Like Elvis” is a lighthearted tribute to ‘The King’ by one
