AT&T and NCVC to Present Free, Exclusive Livestream of Music City July 4th
AT&T to Provide High-Speed Content Streaming of the Largest July 4th Fireworks Display in the Country
NASHVILLE—AT&T and Nashville will offer a free, exclusive livestream
of
Music City July 4th: Let Freedom Sing!,
the
Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp (NCVC) announced today. The
event will feature more firework shells than any other fireworks display
in the country and will be synchronized to live music performed by the
GRAMMY®-winning Nashville Symphony.
“Our
big event just got even bigger,” said Butch Spyridon, president and CEO
of the NCVC. “Allowing the rest of the world to view what we are
doing here in Nashville to celebrate the nation’s birthday has been on
our list of priorities for years. We want to make sure that people who
can’t come to town can view the largest fireworks display wherever they
are and hopefully entice them to join us in
Nashville for future years. It’s a timely addition for the event and we
couldn’t have done it without AT&T’s invaluable partnership.”
As the exclusive communications sponsor, AT&T will make the free livestream available via computer and mobile devices on
www.uverse.com/nashvillejuly4live and

“For
more than a hundred years, AT&T has connected Nashvillians using
the latest technology,” said AT&T Tennessee President Joelle
Phillips. “That tradition continues as
we join with NCVC to livestream Nashville’s 4th of
July display. The livestream will enable people around the globe to
share the experience as Nashville combines the nation’s biggest
fireworks display with one of country’s most powerful voices.”
AT&T’s livestream will feature Nashville’s complete July 4th fireworks show choreographed to live music played by the Nashville Symphony. Prior to the fireworks,
AT&T will also livestream the July 4th concert featuring
GRAMMY®-nominated artist Mikky Ekko and headliner Martina McBride,
four-time CMA Female Vocalist of the Year, beginning at 6:30 p.m. CDT.
