SHERRY LYNN AND HER BEAUTIFUL LIFE

Country Songstress SHERRY LYNN To Release
A BEAUTIFUL LIFE March 11
New CD Features Hit Duet With Country Legend Crystal Gayle
Nashville, TN (February 4, 2014) – Country songstress SHERRY LYNN is set to release her sophomore CD, A BEAUTIFUL LIFE,
on March 11 under the Steal Heart Music imprint.   The disc contains
the New Jersey native’s current chart-active single, the anthemic
Girls Will Be Girls,”
which hit radio programmers’ desks via Play MPE and CDX last month.
Penned by hit-makers Ashley Gorley, Bryan Simpson and Kelley Lovelace,
the rowdy recap of modern femininity has already inspired a line dance
by choreographers Bob and Marlene Peyre-Ferry.  The album, produced by
Ted Hewitt, also features Lynn’s recent hit with Country legend Crystal
Gayle.  The duet, written by award-winning tunesmith Danny Wells (“Check Yes Or No,” “These Days”), Jose
Luis Pagan and Sarah Lenore, is the project’s title track and the song
Lynn performed on her Grand Ole Opry debut with Crystal.

The 10-track collection includes Lynn’s previous hit single, “What A Day To Shake A Heartache,” written
by Kalii Palmer / Ronnie Kimball / Sandy Ramos.  The fan favorite is
another up-tempo pleaser; a vibrant, driving track topped with Sherry’s
signature powerhouse voice.   Also drawing the attention of fans and
industry veterans is the story-based mid-tempo “Slip Into Something Mexico.”  Fiddle
riffs deftly interplay with Lynn’s poignant vocal and bring a shine to
the Joe Lickteig / Mike Lane / Tamika Tyler composition.
With its tale of “big city” dreams, the grittier “So Much More” could be the story of Sherry’s life – and she nails the Dave Tough / Justin Busch number with conviction and commitment.

This
“small town” girl has definitely made it to the big time.  In 2013, she
not only made her Grand Ole Opry debut but entertained crowds at the
CMA Music Festival as well.  “Last year was huge for me,” notes the
vivacious brunette.  “I played more shows at more prestigious venues,
and the early response to the new music is exciting.  I’m eager to see
what 2014 brings.”
