Katie Armiger’s music video for “
Safe” makes a big debut entering the charts at
No. 3 on
GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown. The fan-voted video countdown premieres every
Friday on the network at

“This
is so amazing,” says Armiger. “This song and video hold a special
meaning to me and I am so thankful for my amazing fans for voting and
bringing awareness to our nation’s first responders.”
Katie Armiger has dedicated her single, “Safe,” from her chart-topping album
Fall Into Me, to our nation’s first responders and has created a supporting campaign,
Project Feel Safe, to honor the brave men and women who keep us safe. Katie partnered with famed viral video director
Justin Baldoni and the
Long Beach Fire Department to
create a dramatic music video depicting the sacrifices of our first
responders and the families who love them. The lead actor,
Travis Van Winkle (Transformers, Friday the 13th, Hart of Dixie,) plays the role of the fire fighter and Katie’s love interest/fiancé.
The music video has gone viral, with over
820k views in less than three-weeks on the rising country star’s YouTube account.
SoulPancake,
a leading catalyst for interactions around life’s big questions—topics
such as art, philosophy, creativity, and spirituality, recently picked
up the video and posted on their sites.
Recently featured on national news outlets such as
HLN “News Now” and
FOX & Friends,
Armiger’s message of gratitude to our firemen and first responders is
spreading across the nation. Her single, “Safe,” has been recently been
released to country radio and is also available on iTunes.
Throughout 2014 Katie Armiger will continue the
Project Feel Safe Tour, visiting
fire stations across the country and personally thanking first
responders and their families. Their heroic personal stories from this
tour will be shared on the
Project Feel Safe campaign’s website at
