JUNIOR SISK & RAMBLERS CHOICE RECEIVE IBMA NOMINATIONS INCLUDING ALBUM AND SONG OF THE YEAR

TN (August 16, 2012) — Nashville, Tennessee was booming last night
with plenty of celebration but perhaps no one was more thrilled than Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice with the news of their own nominations for the International Bluegrass Music Association Awards.
The band kicked off the IBMA Awards Press Conference, held at the
Loveless Barn in Nashville, TN, with a rousing performance of “A Far Cry
From Lester And Earl” and “Another Man’s Arms”, both from their current
CD, The Heart Of A Song, on Rebel Records. Just a few
short moments later, Junior and his band heard their name called as
nominees for this year’s awards. After breaking numerous chart records including an unprecedented six consecutive months at #1 on Bluegrass Music Profiles Top 30 Hot Singles chart, and four consecutive months at #1 on Bluegrass Unlimited’s Top 30 Songs chart, “A Far Cry From Lester And Earl” is getting the recognition it deserves with a nomination by the IBMA for Song of the Year. In addition, The Heart Of A Song is nominated for Album of the Year.
