DOTTIE RAMBO’S SHINING BRIGHTLY
Thanks to David McCormick, CEO of The Ernest Tubb Record Shops and The Ernest Tubb Midnight Jamboree, for sending me this photo of Dottie Rambo’s Star at her induction into the Music City Walk of Fame on November 6, 2011. It is with great joy that she has her rightful and deserving place in the Sidewalks of Nashville. Dottie was an inspiration to the many millions that she came in contact with over the many years of her singing ministry. She touched the souls of so many during her career, and now her star will continue to shine as brightly as ever.
When you walk through this special place here in our city, you will experience the proud feeling that we have for the many stars that have already been inducted, and the many more that will have their stars in future years, but the Dottie Rambo Star Is Special.
Our City of Nashville has a strong foundation built on the music by all genres’, but especially country music, and Dottie’s Star brings the joy of her love of God and her family and fellow man to this special place.
