AWARD-WINNING SINGER/SONGWRITER CELEBRATES NEW VINYL RELEASE WITH RUN OF NASHVILLE PERFORMANCES
NASHVILLE, Tenn. – September 19, 2011 — Award-winning Australian Indie-Country artist CHRIS PICKERING gets turntables spinning with the U.S. only release of a 7” vinyl featuring the first two singles from his critically acclaimed album, Work of Fiction. The record showcases “Fisherman’s Daughter” and “I Just Want to Love” and will be available exclusively at PICKERING’s shows beginning with the release party on October 6 at The 5 Spot in Nashville. Fans will have several opportunities to see the singer/songwriter play live surrounding the 12th Annual Americana Music Festival.

ABOUT CHRIS PICKERING:
Now a Tennessee resident, PICKERING has toured heavily throughout Australia, earning multiple music awards and nominations and releasing two full albums before turning his sights to the States.
