Gray Line of Tennessee recently launched two new sightseeing trolleys designed to give Nashvillians and tourists a flexible way to view the city. The Music City Trolley Hop On/Off Tour allows its riders to visit 11 attractions, including The Parthenon, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and Ryman Auditorium, at their leisure over 24 hours. A $15 one-day pass allows them to get on and off the red trolleys as they please and offers them discounted admission to museums, including the Frist Center for the Visual Arts. “The launch today of Music City Trolley should an exciting splash for Nashville tourism and for our local economy. This represents our efforts to listen to our customers, listen to the hoteliers in the market and do what we can to bring best practices in cities like Chicago, New York and London here to Nashville,” said the transportation company’s managing partner Henry Beecher Hicks III. “This should boost tourist spending for downtown restaurants, hotel and attractions.” Gray Line’s trolley tour begins at Hard Rock Café on Broadway and circles around downtown and West End Avenue. The trolleys also include bike racks to encourage visitors to travel Metro’s greenways.
